Ive been looking for a workout routine other than the typical "go to the gym and get pumped 6 days a week" garbage, and also with considering a future in specials forces the daily trainer program in this app and all the different workouts and tutorials are awesome, it will deff push you! But it hits all the parts of fitness you need. Well worth the $15. If you stick to it and push yourself through, youll will get where you want to be! Deff recommend to others

Im a 22 year old female looking to join the army and this app is perfect! I like that there are videos that correspond to the workout descriptions. Wealth of exercises available. I would recommend any of Stew Smiths products. Thanks for a great fitness app for everyone!

Some bad moments

Clear and concise! iPad ready… Use airplay to send to your big screen if needed. This workout will get you in shape and make you want to do more! Dont be intimidated… These exercises will work for everyone! Beginner or advanced. I encourage anyone who wants to lose weight, increase endurance, or to push themselves beyond what they are currently doing to get this app. Enjoy!

I have used, and continue to use Stews programs over the years. Right now I am using parts of an SF program supplemented with very high mileage running, hiking, and running in a weighted vest. I am using his programs to help prepare me to run an ultra-marathon (100 miles) each month wearing a 20lb plate to raise money and awareness for various veterans charities. The programs help to give me a more "complete fitness," as there is no defined training program for what I have set out to accomplish. I travel a lot for work, and cannot always stick to the SF workout due to lack of resources, this App will absolutely help me to create some new workouts on travel and reach the goal! Thanks Stew! Incredible well done.
It tells you the basics and has a video demonstration. It does not give you an exact work out plan, but there are so many different exercises to choose from it is worth getting. The video demonstration is so helpful too. I highly recommend it.
This app was recommended to me by an Army buddy to help me reach my running goal, so far it has help reach a closer time. Also, the fitness videos are absolutely helpful for those who are learning. Just one complaint..... The app tends to crash a lot, I hope you guys can fix that. Thanks.
