I have used, and continue to use Stews programs over the years. Right now I am using parts of an SF program supplemented with very high mileage running, hiking, and running in a weighted vest. I am using his programs to help prepare me to run an ultra-marathon (100 miles) each month wearing a 20lb plate to raise money and awareness for various veterans charities. The programs help to give me a more "complete fitness," as there is no defined training program for what I have set out to accomplish. I travel a lot for work, and cannot always stick to the SF workout due to lack of resources, this App will absolutely help me to create some new workouts on travel and reach the goal! Thanks Stew!
