I follow Stew Smith, his training, and his willingness to help all of us. Stews commitment to his country is greatly appreciated and makes his app more meaningful and effective. He constantly challenges you to set goals and constantly improve. Great app.

Very informative app. My favorite really. Has videos to show perfect form, descriptive, and has workouts Ive never seen or heard of to help strength and endurance. My goal is to be a navy seal and this is a huge step itself.

I really like the app. but it closes all the time for some reason.

I love this app. Pocket motivation! Unfortunately it crashes often, every 2-4 videos or even just when scrolling through menus. A minor inconvenience in my opinion.

This app is awesome! Best app I got yet for training for the navy seals! Has all the work outs you need and is neatly organized and easy to use

This app is great and filled with tons of exercises that make me really feel the burn. This app is great for anyone, like myself, who wants to become a Navy SEAL.

Love this app. When I first looked at this app I didnt think these workouts would be too hard, but then when I started doing some, it tore my body apart. For a future Navy SEAL, like myself, this is a very good app

Ive had an I phone for Years and have never written a single review, But this App is Great!! Not like other clunky fitness apps! Its extremely easy to navigate and has a plethora of great content!! Plus there are no hidden fees to unlock new workouts! (which most of the rest have) flat line and simple if your trying to learn new ex drives or if your seriously considering the special forces this app is for you!

Dont waste your money buying this app. It doesnt do anything that Google cant do for you for free.
